was reportedly not alone when he was arrested in France last week. A 24-year-old woman, who identifies herself as a crypto coach and a streamer from Dubai, was also allegedly travelling with Durov. Rumours suggest that
Juli Vavilova
, who could be Pavel's girlfriend, played a role in his arrest.
The speculations started from an X post which was shared by a user named Baptiste Robert which included Vavilovaâs photo on a plane.
To caption the post, the user wrote: âThe woman who accompanied
Pavel Durov
on his journey that led to his arrest in Juli Vavilova.â

The X user shared several other posts on the same thread to show how Vavilova was posting everything about her and Pavel's journey which reportedly made it easier for the agencies to track Pavel's location. However, it's important to note that Pavel has already been on the radar of the agencies for some time now.
As per the X post, she has shared many photos on multiple social media platforms with Pavel at various locations such as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan. However, thereâs no confirmation whether Vavilova is Pavel's girlfriend or from when they have been dating.
One of the posts even showed her working as a crypto coach, while most of them were from her travels with Durov.
